POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for executing the procurement strategy to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services that meet our standards for quality, availability, and cost-efficiency. This role will lead supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration aligned with our production goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience
• 1–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong ERP and procurement systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
• Experience in supplier management and contract negotiations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in manufacturing or food production
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Lead daily procurement operations including sourcing and vendor management
• Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies
• Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with production needs
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
• Use ERP systems for inventory management and demand forecasting
• Supervise and mentor team members.
