Responsible for bidding and purchasing of engineering & equipment required by construction projects in Southeast Asia to achieve project schedule requirements and cost control targets; 2. Prepare and execute engineering & equipment bidding and purchasing plan; 3. Participate in the formulation of bidding plan for engineering & equipment procurement; 4. Organize contractor/supplier evaluation and prepare evaluation report; 5.Prepare bidding documents, organize bidding Q &A session and participate in bidding negotiation; 6. Prepare and submit bidding report; 7.Prepare and apply for the approval of contracts signing. 8.Consolidate contract list and follow up the execution of the contracts 9.Initiate and follow the process of Payment Application according to the contract terms. 10. Collect the latest information and get familiar with the price trend s of the market 11.Collect and summarize supplier information, maintain equipment supplier database 12.Finish other ad hoc tasks required by team leader.
