WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Strong experience in strategic sourcing and procurement for highly technical operations and capital equipment
  • Successful track record in procuring, negotiating and contracting across different categories
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or supply chain.
  • Outstanding data analysis skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the results of analysis to executive level management
  • Experience with Cross-Functional Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, and Supplier Relationship ManagementExperience with procurement and inventory management modules in Oracle and/or SAP preferred

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the position will lead and/ or support strategic sourcing opportunities and other initiatives in the areas of supply chain and procurement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Management of strategic sourcing for assigned categories or products/ services. Align with key stakeholders to drive savings and/ or value improvements through sourcing and negotiation
  • Oversight of all procurement and supply chain activities related to assigned categories or suppliers
  • Coordinate and Forecast equipment requirements based on construction schedule in alignment with Design, Engineering, and Construction
  • Support supply chain improvements through strategic sourcing, process improvements, and supplier management
  • Organize and manage supplier contracts
  • Track and report supply chain savings, comparing actuals to target
  • Track and report supplier key performance indicators
  • Coordinate KPI surveys with internal stakeholders in support of the Strategic Supplier Management program
  • Support effort to make the procure-to-pay process more efficientSupport new technology implementations related to Supply Chain & Procurement
