About you: · Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, or related field · Credentials in procurement and/or supply chain · Experience in Commodity management, especially in Electronics/PCBA/JDM sourcing · Proven record of defining and executing commodity strategies · Strong supplier performance and risk management skills · Expert negotiator—comfortable in both monopolistic and competitive environments · Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities · Ability to work independently with drive and initiative · Project management experience is a bonus · Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar analytics tools Benefits Dyson monitors the market to ensure competitive salaries and bonuses.
