Description Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement Manager to join our team at a leading IT services and solutions company. In this role, you will oversee procurement processes for technology hardware and related products, while leading a team of direct reports. Your primary goal will be to ensure the right products are available at the right time, optimize costs, strengthen supplier relationships, and provide exceptional post-purchase support to ensure seamless service delivery for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, coordinating with OEMs, technology vendors, and third-party suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and manage warranty claims. Contribute to the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of OEM warranty processes. Develop and maintain strong, strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and service level compliance. Analyze procurement trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency. Monitor market values, industry benchmarks, and special pricing agreements to optimize purchasing decisions. Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to forecast product demand and align inventory with business needs. Oversee the activity and performance of buyers to ensure alignment with procurement goals and company standards. #EES25 Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in the following areas, Maintaining vendor relations. Managing and monitoring inventory valuations. Forecasting and supply chain management. Understanding, organizing, and presenting data. Process development & implementation Managing individuals responsible for similar tasks as listed above. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in inventory management and Microsoft Office software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of IT hardware and technology solutions
