Manage the produce supply base to ensure availability while balancing seasonal changes, costs, and budgets. Requires strong communication, foresight, and problem-solving to maintain supply resilience and avoid shortages or over-ordering.

• Maintain resilience planning across all site areas.
• Plan fresh produce from growth to harvest, staying updated with forecasts.
• Lead procurement for site services like laundry, pest control, vending, utilities, chemicals, forklifts, and water.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance, negotiate pricing, and source new suppliers as needed.
• Identify efficiency gains and drive innovation through best practices.
• Coordinate daily with production, reporting stock levels and supply issues.
• Collaborate with Technical Department on quality, food safety, and product development.
• Experienced in tender preparation, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Maintain food safety and product integrity standards.
