Job Description About the Role We are seeking a commercially astute and meticulous Procurement Manager to lead the purchasing strategy for our award-winning 5-star property. You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring that every product—from artisanal local produce to luxury linens—meets the exacting standards of a world-class hotel while maintaining rigorous cost control and sustainability targets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing: Identify and partner with premium suppliers that align with our brand's luxury positioning and sustainability ethos. Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead complex negotiations to secure best-in-class value, quality, and service levels. System Oversight: Manage and optimise the hotel’s purchasing systems, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Procure Wizard. Cost Control: Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Heads of Departments to achieve annual operating budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Inventory & Audit: Oversee stock control and management across all operational departments, ensuring data integrity and internal control compliance. What You Bring Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a senior procurement or purchasing role, ideally within a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment. Skills: Expert negotiation, financial data analysis, and vendor management skills. Attributes: A "service-driven" mindset befitting a luxury environment, with a commitment to discretion and integrity.
