Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supplier Relations: Develop and execute annual procurement budgets, ensuring optimal inventory levels and conducting comprehensive supplier performance evaluations.
• Provide regular reports and insights on order performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Oversee demand forecasting and align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
• Negotiations & Cost Management: Secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions to optimize procurement costs.
• Sales Performance & Market Insights: Analyze sales and market data, providing actionable insights and management reports to enhance decision-making.
• Operational Excellence: Improve procurement processes, inventory management, and reporting systems to mitigate risks and maximize profitability.
• Team Coordination: Foster cross-departmental collaboration, enhance task execution, and lead initiatives to improve team performance and turnover.
• ERP Optimization: Manage ERP optimization projects to streamline operations across sales, procurement, and finance departments.
• Business Development & Global Engagement: Lead company participation in FMCG exhibitions globally, identify and secure new business partners, and expand market presence.
