HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a qualified Procurement Manager to lead and oversee all procurement activities for the company’s construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services to meet project requirements in a cost-effective and timely manner. You will develop procurement strategies, liaise with suppliers, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies and policies in alignment with project goals. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve the best value. Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand procurement needs and schedules. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing. Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts. Analyze market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as company standards. Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve performance targets and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. 15 years of proven experience in procurement management, preferably within the construction industry. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and relevant regulations. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
