Through strong vendor partnerships, disciplined sourcing strategies, and continuous system optimization, this leader drives supply chain excellence and supports sustainable operational growth across the organization. Your Impact Serve as the subject matter expert for our Inventory Management and Procurement platforms for non-cannabis products, ensuring data accuracy, system optimization, and continuous improvement. Lead end-to-end procurement activities, securing competitive pricing, reliable supply, and strong vendor partnerships. Oversee RFP processes, vendor onboarding, negotiations, and ongoing performance management. Manage intercompany and intracompany logistics with a focus on freight optimization and cost control. Deliver data-driven insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making. Partner cross-functionally with cultivation, manufacturing, and operations teams to anticipate needs and ensure timely, accurate procurement support Your Strengths 3+ years of procurement or buying experience supporting cultivation, manufacturing, or similar operational environments. Strong understanding of packaging trends, supply dynamics, and regulatory considerations. Experience with inventory management systems. Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
