Description
Manage and develop site/local suppliers ensuring proper implementation of supplier management process including phase in/out, evaluation, consequence and relationship management with category managers Work with internal stakeholders to align demand, priorities (e.g. secure supply vs. cost saving) and consult on sourcing options Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure compliance with global/local rules & processes Collaborate with category management in various teams Bachelor's Degree or above Minimum 5 years of firm work experience in procurement/purchasing Strong procurement and supply chain management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Preferred) Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and market trends Excellent communication and collaboration skills Native-level fluency in Korean and Business-level fluency in English (spoken & written) MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
