THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • Specialization in Procurement or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years’ work experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional sourcing projects.
  • Proven ability to work in a global, fast-moving, result-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation techniques and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and present data to support recommendations.
  • High fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Clear and structured communication skills, both verbally and in writing.


    • Experience in leading a team, including mentoring trainees and interns.

    The Procurement Category Manager will lead the procurement of a subsection of a global category under the supervision of the Global Category Lead. This role involves building and accelerating sustainable procurement strategies, delivering efficiency savings, and managing a portfolio of suppliers to drive innovation and top-line growth.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
