We’re looking for a hands-on Procurement & Fleet Manager to take ownership of the supply and fleet operation — ensuring teams have the right parts, equipment and vehicles, at the right time and the right price.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• End-to-end procurement of materials, parts, tools and consumables
• Building and managing a strong UAE supplier network
• Stores, inventory and van stock management
• Fleet operations, servicing, insurance, registration and compliance
• Purchase orders, goods receiving and spend controls
• Cost negotiation and supplier performance
• Mobilising stock, vehicles and equipment for new communities
• Tracking costs and identifying savings opportunities

About You

We’re looking for 3–5+ years’ experience in procurement, stores, inventory or supply within maintenance, MEP, facilities management or construction in the UAE.

You’ll know the Dubai trade market, be commercially sharp and highly organised, with a genuine hands-on, owner mentality.

You’ll also have:

• Strong supplier negotiation skills
• Excellent inventory and organisational ability
• Good knowledge of maintenance/MEP materials
• Experience managing fleet and operational logistics
