ABOUT THE ROLE
The role has responsibility for the global commercial lead and activities of strategic new projects involving Licensing, Technologies, and know-how, for all Reckitt Powerbrands. A crucial responsibility is to manage relationship with internal and external stakeholder at very senior level. The role has significant impact on the company’s revenues and profits as most projects have the potential to become global blockbusters.
Emphasis must be placed on reaching optimal results in a difficult and often restricted environment where relationship and stakeholder management is core for achieving the Reckitt targets for launch of new products.
Within this restrictive environment, it is expected that the candidate will independently be able to negotiate terms that are according to Reckitt requirements and operating model, and secure new projects are brought in on time and on budget, while ensuring Procurement compliance to internal and legislative procedures.
