Responsibilities

THE ROLE: WHAT TO EXPECT

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, ensuring that sourcing strategies align with business objectives while maintaining cost efficiency, highest quality standards, and compliance. This hands-on role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships, secure favourable contract terms, and ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in the technology, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proactive and strategic approach.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in German and English.
