Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und engagierten Procurement Manager (m/f/d), der für die strategische Beschaffung und den Einkauf von Waren und Dienstleistungen verantwortlich ist. Deine Aufgaben Strategische Beschaffung: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Beschaffungsstrategien, um Kosten zu optimieren, Qualität zu sichern und Lieferzeiten zu minimieren. Lieferantenmanagement: Identifizierung, Bewertung und Auswahl von Lieferanten. Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu strategischen Lieferanten. Vertragsverhandlungen: Führen von Verhandlungen und Abschluss von Verträgen mit Lieferanten, um die besten Konditionen hinsichtlich Preises, Qualität, Service und Lieferbedingungen zu erreichen. Budgetverwaltung: Überwachung und Verwaltung des Beschaffungsbudgets. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der finanziellen Ziele und Einsparungsvorgaben. Risikomanagement: Identifizierung und Management von Beschaffungsrisiken. Entwicklung von Strategien zur Risikominderung und Sicherstellung der Lieferkettensicherheit. Marktforschung: Durchführung von Marktanalysen und -forschung, um Trends, Preisschwankungen und neue Lieferanten zu identifizieren. Compliance: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften, Unternehmensrichtlinien und ethischen Standards im Beschaffungsprozess. Prozessmanagement: Mitwirken bei der Optimierung und Implementierung von E2E-Finanzprozessen im Hinblick auf Internationalisierung und Wachstum. Operative Beschaffung: Versenden von Bestellungen und Ablage relevanter Dokumente. Dein Profil Erfahrung: Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Beschaffung, idealerweise mit technischem Hintergrundwissen. Kenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Vertragsrecht, Lieferantenmanagement und strategischer Beschaffung sowie Prozessmanagement. Fähigkeiten: Hervorragende Verhandlungs-, Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten. Analytische Denkweise und strategische Planungskompetenz. Software: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Beschaffungs- und ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP S/4 HANA) sowie Jira-Workflows und Confluence. Sprachen: Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Obwohl du überwiegend auf Deutsch arbeiten wirst, ist unsere Unternehmenssprache Englisch, daher wird das erste Kennenlernen auf Englisch stattfinden.
