Description:
We are now helping our client, a global fashion company, to find a Category Manager in marketing procurement!Based at the company’s Stockholm headquarters, this full-time assignment runs from February to June 30th, offering you the opportunity to help shape and optimize the marketing procurement landscape.
As a Category Manager in marketing procurement, you will lead and develop specific categories of spend while contributing to strategic planning and execution. Your role involves analyzing spend, managing supplier relationships, and implementing category strategies to ensure long-term success and value creation.
This role is full-time and based in the Stockholm office, with the option to work 50% from home.
You will play a pivotal role in the organization and your responsibilities will include: Identifying opportunities for improvement within your category by conducting spend analysis and assessing the development of spend categories.
Creating and executing a category plan, including strategic sourcing initiatives, to optimize procurement processes and maximize value.
Monitoring and managing supplier relationships, ensuring alignment with business needs and fostering strategic partnerships.
Securing long-term contract compliance and performance, delivering sustainable results for the organization.
Implementing strategic changes to drive innovation and improvement within your category, often involving change management processes.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization, leading category teams, and influencing decision-makers.
