JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to oversee all activities related to launching new brands in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing product launches, coordinating international suppliers, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and working cross-functionally with internal and external teams. This is a permanent role directly reporting to the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE retail, FMCG, or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export processes, UAE customs regulations, and product registration requirements.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with brand launches in the UAE retail/e-commerce space.
  • Familiarity with UAE authorities like ESMA, Dubai Municipality, or MOHAP (depending on product type).
  • Understanding of quality control procedures and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for brand and product launches in the UAE.
  • Conduct in-depth product research and market analysis to identify high-demand opportunities.
  • Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
  • Coordinate the shipment of goods to the UAE, including customs clearance and logistics.
  • Manage sample procurement, quality checks, and approval processes before bulk production.
  • Liaise with UAE government and regulatory bodies for necessary product approvals, certifications, and compliance.
  • Prepare timelines, budgets, and progress reports for each brand launch project.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and compliance teams to ensure smooth market entry.
  • Continuously monitor the UAE market trends, competition, and customer feedback to guide product positioning and strategy.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO on project progress and key milestones.
