Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing Lead the development and continuous improvement of Meridian’s Procurement Processes and Policies including our Supplier Management and Third Party Risk Management frameworks. Champion best practice procurement principles, embedding sustainability and driving value creation across all sourcing activities. Support corporate spend categories and support sourcing specialists using the Oracle Procurement and Supplier system. Provide strategic insights through procurement indicators and reporting tools, enabling informed business decisions and supplier performance optimisation. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, delivering procurement training and ensuring compliance with frameworks to lift capability across the group.
