Job Description

• Lead end-to-end procurement across either "Subsurface" or "Surface / Infrastructure" categories
• Manage sourcing processes including RFQs, RFPs, contract negotiation, and execution
• Build and manage supplier relationships across Africa, UAE, Europe, Asia, and the US
• Support development of procurement policies, category strategies, and vendor frameworks
• Oversee purchase order lifecycle and coordinate logistics for cross-border delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with business needs

The Successful Applicant

• 8 to 17 years of procurement experience within upstream oil and gas or oilfield services
• Deep expertise in either "Subsurface" or "Surface / Infrastructure" category procurement
• Experience working with OFSE suppliers for "Subsurface" or EPC contractors for "Surface / Infrastructure"
• Strong track record in contract negotiation and supplier management
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, build-phase environment
