Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and execute procurement activities for ARAMCO and EPC projects, ensuring the timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials, equipment, and services in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, budgets, and schedules. The role level (Manager, Engineer, or Officer) will be assigned based on the candidate's experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities for Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
• Source, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.
• Ensure procurement complies with ARAMCO specifications, project requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and procurement progress.
• Expedite critical materials and resolve supply chain issues.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, vendor databases, and documentation.
• Support cost optimization, vendor development, and procurement reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience in Procurement within Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.

Experience with ARAMCO projects and procurement procedures is highly preferred.

Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

5 to 15 years of procurement experience, including in Oil & Gas/EPC/ARAMCO projects.
