Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Monitor costs and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage supplier risks.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure project needs are met without overstocking.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation for timely delivery.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site managers.
• Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and goals.

• Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in Civil Engineering.

Industry Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Procurement As Manager, with a significant portion in the civil construction industry.

Project Experience: Experience in managing procurement for large-scale construction projects, understanding of the supply chain for construction materials, equipment, and services.
