Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for critical Chinese spare parts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and supply chain resilience.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers in China, negotiating favorable terms and building strong, long-term partnerships.
• Manage the entire procurement cycle, from demand forecasting and purchase order generation to delivery tracking and invoice reconciliation.
• Conduct thorough market analysis of the Chinese spare parts landscape, identifying emerging trends, potential risks, and cost-saving opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in spare parts procurement, with a significant focus on the Chinese market.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier relationships within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
• Deep understanding of Chinese manufacturing capabilities, supplier networks, and cultural business practices.
