Description

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function across Northpower’s Energy Services division. This is your chance to take ownership of sourcing strategies, build solid supplier relationships, and make sure we’re getting value for our money, while keeping the lights on for our communities.

You’ll be at the centre of everything from contract negotiations and supplier performance to procurement systems and strategic cost-saving initiatives. It’s a role where your sharp thinking, negotiation skills, and commercial mindset will really make a difference.

  • Lead procurement strategies that align with our operational goals
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers
  • Keep a close eye on budgets and market trends to find cost efficiencies
  • Drive process improvements and implement smart procurement systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Work cross-functionally with leaders across the business
  • Guide and support procurement team members (and pitch in hands-on when needed)
