We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities and help drive value, efficiency and strong supplier relationships across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations and performance
• Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
• Source and evaluate products, services and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreements
• Monitor purchasing activity to ensure value and compliance
• Work closely with internal departments to understand procurement requirements
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
• Identify and manage potential supply and procurement risks
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes

About You

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
• Experience managing suppliers and commercial agreements
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Experience within the automotive industry is advantageous
