Job Title: Procurement Manager Location: Makati City Work Set-up: Hybrid Job Description Procurement & Operations Manage the full procurement lifecycle—from request to contract execution Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure timely acquisition of goods and services and effective asset management Vendor & Third-Party Management Select, evaluate, and manage third-party providers Oversee vendor accreditation and risk management processes Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and information security standards Contract & Supplier Management Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues proactively Compliance & Risk Ensure adherence to regulatory, data privacy, and information security standards Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with internal business units to support procurement needs Maintain procurement system integrity (e.g., ERP systems like NOAH, SAP, Oracle) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of procurement/supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong experience in: Contract negotiation & supplier management Procurement policies and compliance Third-party risk management Familiarity with ERP procurement systems (e.g., NOAH, SAP, Oracle) Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills By applying, you authorize the company to process your personal information solely for recruitment purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
