Reports to: RBS SEE Regional Manager Position Role: Sourcing, negotiation, purchasing and replenishment of raw materials, finished goods, equipment and services required for the company's production and trading operations. Ensures timely supply, cost efficiency, quality standards and strong supplier relationships to support the business. Opportunity Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and manage key supplier relationships Deliver measurable cost-saving results through negotiation and optimization Manage budgets and track procurement KPIs for continuous improvement Handle claim management processes ensuring timely resolution and compliance Manage ISO 9001 compliance for the Commercial department, ensuring all Procurement processes align with the standard Oversee and mentor the procurement team to drive operational excellence Background Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field Master’s degree will be an asset Minimum 7 years’ proven experience in similar position Fluent English, both verbal and written Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, Knowledge of ERP systems (preferable SAP) Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement What we offer Competitive remuneration package Pleasant and modern working environment, convenient location Trainings Group medical insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunity for career development After collecting and evaluating CVs, we will contact candidates who meet the requirements to set up appointment for an interview.
