POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Procurement Manager with a strong background in purchasing gadgets and handling company-wide procurement functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant procurement experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a sharp attention to detail.
You will be responsible for managing the purchase of company gadgets, handling invoices, booking travel and meeting tickets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and UK laws.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in purchasing gadgets, electronics, or similar technical equipment
Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle procurement processes
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using procurement and ERP software systems
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Experience in the automotive or technology industry is a plus
Lead and manage all procurement activities across departments
Purchase gadgets, office electronics, hardware, and related technical tools for the company
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and service agreements
Monitor, review, and control procurement invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment
Book meeting tickets, event logistics, and travel accommodations as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and establish clear purchasing timelines
Track procurement budgets and report cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and relevant UK procurement laws
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation
Evaluate supplier performance and quality regularly
