We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing of goods and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms
• Good understanding of UK Ingredients / Inclusions markets
• Previous experience of MRP Implementation
• 3rd party warehouse management
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and requirements
• Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement or a similar role
• Strong negotiation skills
• Familiarity with supply chain processes
• High level of knowledge/experience with Sage200, DynamixAX systems and Excel
• Knowledge of logistics and inventory management
