QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities
  • Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company policies and project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and up-to-date supplier files.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or quantity discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to confirm material specifications and quantities.
  • Monitor and oversee inventory levels, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production and project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for budget approvals, invoice verification, and payment processing.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors to determine project material requirements.
