This is what you can expect

  • Operational replenishment in your product area: daily and weekly ordering routine, order initiation, control of order confirmations and deadline tracking.
  • Control of order ranges and early warning of availability and bottleneck risks.
  • Operational supplier communication in day-to-day business – from deadlines and quantities to the factual preparation of complaints.
  • Bottleneck management: structured escalation to manufacturers and development of allocation proposals together with strategic purchasing and product management.
  • Coordination of deliveries with our logistics and warehouse management, including partial and sub-deliveries.
  • Data-driven work with our procurement and analysis tools, including reporting errors to IT.
  • Clean documentation and ticket discipline are the basis for reliable representation within the team.
  • Structured inputs to Strategic Purchasing, Product Management and S&OP regarding availability, delivery reliability and bottleneck patterns.

This is what you bring with you

  • Experience in supply chain management, scheduling, material planning or procurement, ideally in a broad, international or seasonal product range.
  • Structured, reliable and self-reliant work style - systematic rather than reactive.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and data, as well as confident handling of ERP systems and Excel.
  • Clear, factual communication in exchanges with suppliers and internal interfaces.
  • A strong sense of priorities and the ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2).
