• Formulate sourcing strategies that align with production schedules, cost targets, and quality standards.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality materials, and timely delivery.
• Lead the procurement team in executing daily purchasing activities including issuing POs, tracking orders, and managing inventory levels.
• Analyze purchasing trends, cost drivers, and market conditions to identify opportunities for savings and value creation.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Work closely with production, planning, quality, and finance teams to forecast needs, resolve supply issues, and support operational efficiency.
