Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Manager role based in Sharjah. We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong knowledge of RFx, purchase planning, inventory planning, and import purchasing. Spare parts procurement experience will be an added advantage. The role also requires proven ability in team development and management, including building capability, coaching, and driving performance across the procurement function

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including RFx, sourcing, negotiations, and purchase execution.
• Drive purchase planning, inventory planning, and import procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage supplier relationships, cost control, and procurement governance.
• Develop, mentor, and manage the procurement team to improve effectiveness and accountability. Spare parts procurement exposure is preferred, especially in fast-moving operational environments

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Strong experience in procurement leadership.
• Hands-on exposure to RFx and purchase planning processes.
• Working knowledge of import purchase and inventory control.
• Experience in spare parts procurement preferred.
• Strong people management, team development, and stakeholder management skills
