Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, aligning with project timelines and budgets.
• Lead the sourcing and negotiation of contracts with MEP suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Manage the entire procurement lifecycle for MEP materials and services, from requisition to delivery and payment.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify and onboard reliable and high-performing vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as MCIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a significant focus on MEP systems within the construction or building services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale MEP procurement projects and complex supply chains.
