Together with your team, you ensure that materials are available reliably, economically, and at the right time. At the same time, you keep the big picture in mind and further develop structures and working methods where it makes sense.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leadership and development of the procurement team
• Coordination of operational purchasing activities
• Further development of processes, responsibilities and collaboration
• Maintaining and developing important supplier relationships
• Support during negotiations and commercial agreements
• Close collaboration with Category Management, Supply Chain and Sales
• Ensuring a reliable and economical supply of goods
• Contributing to the further development of systems and digital processes

What you bring with you

We are not looking for theorists, but a personality who understands purchasing, enjoys working with people and drives change forward with a sense of proportion.

They have experience in purchasing or procurement and have already led teams. A background in the building materials trade, technical trade, or an industrial environment is an advantage.

We also consider the following to be important:

• Enjoyment of leadership and employee development
• A good understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes
• Negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• A structured yet pragmatic way of working
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Excellent German skills and good French skills
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
