As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Sr. Supply Chain Manager in driving the company’s procurement strategy, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. A certification in procurement or supply chain management (SCMP, MSCM) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable pricing.
  • Familiarity with vendor management practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using procurement systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and supplier performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
