This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Sr. Supply Chain Manager in driving the company’s procurement strategy, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. A certification in procurement or supply chain management (SCMP, MSCM) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable pricing.
• Familiarity with vendor management practices and sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency in using procurement systems.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and supplier performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals.
• Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Source and procure materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and new sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
• Utilize GSS for tracking purchases, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise in the supply chain.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities for senior management.
• Work closely with the Sr. Supply Chain Manager to ensure the team’s efforts are aligned with overall supply chain strategies and goals.
