We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com Responsibilities Performance and Function Management Deliver targets (cost reduction/avoidance savings, payment terms, preferred supplier compliance and internal client satisfaction) according to the Procurement KPIs Dashboard Gather feedback on Procurement matters and represent Procurement in Country management meetings Implement Procurement initiatives (e.g. process improvements, tools implementation) Strategic Sourcing Represent the interests of internal stakeholders in defining Sourcing strategies at Global/Regional levels Responsible for prioritizing global/regional sourcing initiatives to be carried out in line with Group ‘One Toll’ strategy rather than for a specific Country Work directly with internal stakeholders to ensure early buy-in for sourcing strategies Obtain technical inputs from internal stakeholders as part of negotiations of strategic contracts Work with sourcing and category management to ensure rollout of relevant global preferred supplier contracts in a timely manner Engage with the Procurement team to develop and foster effective relationships with senior management of global suppliers within the region. Sourcing Execution (RFI/ RFQ) Clarify internal stakeholders’ demands and requirements and formulate these into a set of specifications for the sourcing and category management for RFIs and RFQs Engage with sourcing and category management in the shortlisting/selection of preferred suppliers Communicate results of RFQs (supplier selection) to internal stakeholders, and implement the agreements to ensure a high level of compliance using preferred suppliers Compliance Management On behalf of Procurement, support audit activities, IT system changes, training and other implementation processes. May also coordinate these activities for other countries. Ensure that local regulatory laws and requirements are adhered and executed Participate in fiduciary and compliance related topics on Procurement in the country together with the business Ensure local process compliance towards Procurement instructions and procedures Compliance with all Toll Policies and procedures to deliver sound commercial value Stakeholder Management Successfully influence and provide expert advice to engage a wide group of key stakeholders on all aspects of procurement and the procurement category Engage support and agreement from key stakeholders to understand stakeholder requirements so that implementation and compliance with procurement is optimised and to promote the effective management of suppliers to elicit value throughout the life of the contract Work with the Business Units and sourcing and category managers to identify and introduce new products and innovation to enhance productivity, profitability and customer service Document procurement processes, decisions and contractual arrangements Ensure high calibre performance and demonstrable value through execution and delivery of Procurement initiatives and strategic, departmental objectives and targets Reporting Functions Provide reports on the delivery of procurement services activities to various stakeholders Generate monthly reporting as required to identify value generated form the activity undertaken each month Assist in developing and monitoring the procurement spend Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional procurement qualifications (e.g. CIPS or equivalent) are highly regarded. Experience 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably within a regional or global organisation. Proven experience delivering cost savings, value generation, and procurement performance targets. Experience supporting or leading strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFQ processes and contract implementation. Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing at multiple organisational levels. Sound understanding of procurement governance, compliance, and local regulatory requirements. Experience working with ERP or e‑procurement systems and procurement reporting tools is desirable. Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and commercial acumen. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and ethical procurement practices.
