We are recruiting a Procurement Manager -Fit Out to join our exceptional team at Royal Joinery . In this role, you will lead and manage the company's procurement function, ensuring the timely sourcing and delivery of materials and services for joinery, fit-out, and construction projects. You will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance. Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience , including 3 years in a managerial role within the UAE fit-out, joinery, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, joinery, MEP, and finishing materials, with an established network of UAE suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost control for fit-out projects.
• Ability to plan procurement activities, manage material schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), procurement software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of UAE procurement practices, commercial contracts, and industry regulations.
