A leading veterinary investment group: Procurement Manager Responsibilities: Design and implement group's central procurement process, including purchase orders, approvals, and supplier management Negotiate supplier contracts, terms, and pricing across consumables, pharmaceuticals, and services Oversee central ordering, warehouse management, and delivery coordination Ensure ERP (SoftOne) accuracy for SKUs, stock levels, and consumption tracking Monitor monthly procurement KPIs (cost trends, supplier performance, savings) Support clinics in operational matters such as maintenance, repairs, and technical service contracts Lead small-scale infrastructure or refurbishment projects in coordination with clinic teams Collaborate closely with Finance for budget alignment and cash flow forecasting Report monthly to the CFO and CEO on procurement performance and operational readiness Ensure procurement compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards for veterinary and pharmaceutical products Initially operates as an individual contributor with a potential to build a team as the network grows Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) 5–8 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, ideally within healthcare, retail, or hospitality sectors Proven ability to set up and optimize procurement processes across multiple sites or business units Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills Experience with ERP systems (SoftOne or similar) Advanced excel based reporting skills Project management capability and hands-on problem-solving mindset Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) Process-oriented and disciplined with a focus on efficiency Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Clinics) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders Competitive compensation package Career development and growth opportunities
