Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of a VINCORION-wide purchasing strategy for indirect procurement
- Responsibility for purchasing activities in the defined segment
- Analysis of the procurement market
- Involving suppliers in product development/optimization
- Implementation of savings and cost reduction potentials (VA Sourcing and CBD)
- Conducting tenders and comparing offers in cooperation with operational purchasing.
- Contract drafting, negotiation and conclusion
- Avoidance and reduction of procurement risks
- Optimizing the supplier portfolio
- Qualifying, classifying, evaluating, developing and auditing suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality Management
- Preparation of decision-making documents and advising management on procurement topics
- Research, analysis and independent creation of decision-making documents for new procurement markets to build national and international suppliers
- Contributing to the further development of guidelines/principles and the optimization of international purchasing processes to support the purchasing strategy.
- Optimization and implementation of a successful international purchasing strategy to successfully support overall business [financial] key performance indicators.

- Successfully completed business administration studies or an equivalent qualification
- Extensive professional and management experience in an industrial company in the field of indirect purchasing
- Knowledge in the areas of purchasing and project management
- Solid user skills in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and SAP
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- High level of communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Structured work methods and openness to change and new approaches
