• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for construction materials, marine equipment, spare parts, and consumables

• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) based on approved requisitions and project requirements

• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking

• Maintain accurate procurement records including supplier lists, price lists, and order histories

• Coordinate with project teams, warehouse, and logistics for material receiving and inspection

• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes before forwarding to finance

• Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers under supervision
