Procurement Officer

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

• Sourcing, evaluating, and procuring interior finishing materials, MEP components, furniture, and fixtures.

• Requesting supplier quotes, negotiating commercial terms, analyzing pricing structures, and issuing official Purchase Orders (POs).

• Partnering with Design, Project, Estimation, and Accounts divisions to line up procurement schedules with project timelines.

• Tracking supplier performance metrics, managing delivery schedules, and handling logistics issues to keep projects on track.

• Maintaining supplier records, procurement documentation, and compliance with company policies and UAE labor and trade regulations.

• Identifying cost-reduction strategies while upholding material quality standards.

Requirements & Skills :

• Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; minimum 1 year of hands-on UAE procurement experience in fit-out, interior design, or building construction.

• Technical Mastery: Deep familiarity with interior finishing materials, MEP products, and construction hardware; proficiency in MS Office and ERP procurement modules.

• Core Competencies: Supplier negotiation, material sourcing, purchase order management, cost optimization, vendor relationship management, and organizational skills.
