The candidate is responsible for the Procurement tasks on a VILLA Renovations, fit out and construction activities throughout the company’s projects and deliver excellent customer relationships developed on mutual trust, collaboration, and open communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or on similar field.
• With at least 2-3 years of experience as Procurement Officer in Villa Renovations, Fit-out & Building Constructions in The UAE.
• Ability to build and develop relationships e.g., marketing relationships with external professionals and clients, strategic relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Can join immediately.

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement processes specific to fit-out projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate terms and conditions to secure advantageous agreements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve supply issues and optimize the supply chain.
• Arrange and coordinate the shipping (export & import of materials) and transportation of materials.
• Coordination with drivers for delivery arrangements and material collection and goods delivery.
