Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team in a leading Facilities Management (FM) company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities across multiple service lines, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, preferably within the Facilities Management or Construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software (ERP systems).
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services in line with company and project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and best prices.
  • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts related to procurement.
