Description

Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services for all business units (construction, interiors, joinery, etc.).
Build and manage strong supplier relationships within the UAE and international markets.
Coordinate order tracking, logistics, and timely delivery of materials.
Monitor prices and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assess and prequalify vendors based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
Collaborate with project, design, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs.
Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and pricing logs.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and standards.

Requirements:Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, ideally within construction, interiors, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong knowledge of the UAE supply market.
