Our client, an Abu Dhabi based investment group, is hiring a Procurement Officer to run its corporate purchasing. This is a busy, hands-on role. You'll handle the full cycle for non-project spend: administration, office services, marketing, IT hardware and software, professional services and subscriptions. Expect tight deadlines, senior stakeholders who want things done quickly and a lot of vendor management.

What you'll doRun RFQs, tenders and quotation comparisons for corporate purchasesNegotiate pricing, terms and SLAs with suppliers and manage the vendor registerRaise and track POs, follow up on deliveries and resolve invoice issues with financeDraft and renew service contracts with legal and the requesting departmentKeep procurement records and reports audit-readySupport the procurement policy and approval workflow across the group

What we're looking for3 to 5 years in procurement, with clear experience buying corporate and indirect categories rather than construction or engineering materialsComfortable working under pressure with short turnaround timesFluent Arabic and English, spoken and writtenFamiliar with ERP-based procurement (Oracle, SAP or similar)
