JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage Purchase Orders inclusive of generating & monitoring of status.
• Manage and expedite the deliveries from manufacturing sites and allocation of stock to customers in accordance to plans and schedules.
• Build and maintain good relationship with factory and colleagues
• Preparation of monthly report for management.
• Inventory management for excess stock, shelf-life stock etc.
• Coordination between Customer Service Department and Sales Department if shortfall on the inventory or late delivery.
• Other goods return process (RGS) for Irregularity report

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline.
• 3 years and above relevant experience is preferred; especially
• Inventory Management
• Freight forwarding (including Custom procedures)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications and Oasis System will be an advantage.
