Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute procurement activities for Civil and MEP projects.
• Handle the complete procurement cycle, from material requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and others to understand material requirements and technical specifications.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain the best commercial and technical proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites.
• Maintain procurement records and update transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Sound knowledge of construction materials and procurement strategies.
• Understanding of project execution methodologies and construction operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
• Experience working with ERP software.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
