As a Procurement Officer, you will: Source and purchase goods and services based on approved purchase requests Assist in supplier canvassing and price comparison to ensure cost-effective purchasing Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) using NetSuite Coordinate with internal teams regarding item specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and complete delivery of orders Check delivery receipts and invoices against approved purchase orders Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and basic regulatory requirements Maintain organized procurement records and files for tracking and audit purposes Assist in resolving simple supplier and delivery issues Perform other procurement-related administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or any related course Good communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks Proficient in MS Excel and other basic office applications Amenable to work on a hybrid work set-up in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City and on a dayshift schedule Explore our end-to-end career opportunities across CX strategy, real-time speech analytics, conversational AI, outsourcing and digital transformation solutions.
