Sip Kits UK is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Procurement Officer. This role is essential for ensuring our operations run smoothly by managing the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building effective relationships.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with procurement or inventory management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• A professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is desirable but not essential.

• Source and purchase a range of materials, equipment, and services based on company needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchases and supplier information.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast future procurement needs.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key suppliers.
